The minty green hue combines with a high translucency in this pair of natural jadeite cabochons to create a cool and icy effect. The fine quality of this jadeite pair can also be observed with its fine crystal aggregates. Even with magnification, crystal aggregates of the jadeite material cannot be seen, giving the jadeite material a watery appearance. As with highly translucent jadeite that have fine crystal aggregates, an alluring shimmer can be seen within the jade cabochons that shifts about in natural or indoor light.
